13. Intention

13.1 It is an offence for any player, on or off the court, to intentionally intimidate a player during a game from the opposing team.

13.2 Breach of this by-law will result in a penalty pass or penalty shot being awarded where the infringing player is standing, unless this places the non-offending team at a disadvantage.
