About

Melbourne Netball Pty Ltd was established in July 1996. This company is committed to producing quality service, for all male and female netball players, whilst providing netball education in a colourful and safe environment.

The company is designed to accomodate both social and competitive netball teams, quite differently from the main structure of the State Netball Victoria body. The State Body places players in a team according to their level of playing skill.

Melbourne Netball's modern approach, acknowledges the social relationship amongst netball players. It encourages teams to play together, regardless of differing netball skill levels within any team.

Additionally, Melbourne Netball is committed in establishing an avenue for netball followers to become Nationally Badged Netball Umpires. The company currently holds the highest badging rate in Victoria. It is committed to developing and adding professionals to the netball sport, and works closely with Netball Victoria.

Melbourne Netball operates within the inner suburbs in Melbourne's CBD with venues at Flagstaff Gardens, two in Richmond and one in South Yarra.
