Ensure any new player is added and signs both the 'Waiver and Registration' Forms before taking the court. If this is overlooked, no insurance claim will proceed and a player is not qualified for Team Finals.
Mark Players on the weekly Registration Sheet from Co-ordinator before taking the court.
Reporting any player injury on the night. A report must be filled out to access any Insurance Claim.
Report via email if captain's details change. Email us if captain's position changes in season.

Maintain teams' uniform consistency/team netball/team netball bib set
Pay team game payment no less than 10 minutes prior to your game time. Forfeit fee paid before next round: $100.00
