 2010 Insurance Claim Procedure

Did the current season that you play in commence in 2009 or 2010? If you commenced in 2009 your are on the wrong Insurance page. If the first game of your season commenced in 2010 then this is the Insurance page you need. You have a new insurance broker and a different procedure to follow.

Do you know how insurance claims work? Melbourne Netball does not instigate any claim so please read all the material below to gain an understanding of the process.

How it works: All claims must be lodged within 28 days of the date of injury. If you fail to do this your claim WILL be dismissed by the insurance broker. This is a requirement for their system.

Please download the documents on the link below for 'Willis'. In the opening pages it clearly communicates how the system and procedures occur. It is crucial that you do EXACTLY what they require and in the correct time frame otherwise your claim will be dismissed.
