1. "I as an ON CALL PLAYER fully understand and accept that if I have not read the bylaws when Game Umpires ask me, that I will not be allowed to take the court.
2. "I understand and accept that Netball is a CONTACT SPORT and injuries can occur".
3. "I understand and will ensure that I sign onto ALL team registration sheets, before I take the court. I accept that if I don't I will not be covered by insurance.
